Electrostatic epoxy coating

In addition to superior strength, Fox pools feature FoxGard® fusion bonded protection. Fox takes an extra step when it comes to manufacturing its pools. Each piece of 14 gauge, pre-galvanized steel is totally encapsulated, front and back, with a special powder coat, fusion bonded to the steel at 400 degrees to lockout rust and corrosion.

Fox begins with heavy gauge galvanized steel and ends with a FOXGUARD® component. Note that edges and predrilled holes are fully protected.	The powder coating process begins and ends at this point: parts travel by conveyor through a 5-step cleaning process, the FoxGard spray booth and finally the curing oven.
